Hungry? Forget ice cream and reach for a different kind of cone to sate your summer snacking needs in the heart of Soho. Yoobi is London’s first temakeria, selling hand-rolled nori cones stuffed with sushi.

One does nicely as a snack, three make a decent meal, and they’re all rolled to order as they need to be eaten fresh. Originally invented by Japanese immigrants in Brazil, these fresh cold bites use sunny ingredients like citrus salmon, spicy tuna and avocado with asparagus to keep that Rio-ready waistline slim.

Fill up on salted edamame beans and miso soup while you wait, or top off with a traditional Brazilian Brigadeiro dessert; a super sweet chocolate truffle. There are fresh fruit juices and passion fruit mousse for the saintly too.

Located on Lexington Street, just across from the perpetually packed Fernandez & Wells deli, take a seat in the cool, colourful space, or grab and go for a walk around Soho.
