After working at Michelin three-starred restaurant Arpège and under Alain Ducasse at La Grande Cascade, Lignac became France’s first prime-time TV chef with the M6 series “Oui Chef” in 2005 where he took a group of unemployed youngsters, knocked ‘em into shape, taught them to cook and opened a restaurant, Le Quinzième. Since then, he hasn’t looked back, with a whole range of cookery books, promotions, even pans carrying his name.
