KAMEL OUALI

Ouali became a household name in France back in 2001 as the resident choreographer for TV reality show Star Academy. Since then, he’s branched out into musicals, first as a simple choreographer, including for a version of “Gone With the Wind” that no doubt had Margaret Mitchell spinning in her grave, and more recently as a director, first with “Le Roi Soleil” (“The Sun King”) and most recently with “Cleopatra”. Said to be working on a new version of “Dracula”. Often spotted around the Marais.
