If the usual scene feels too young, then Madame Klaude might just be the place for you. Aging hipsters and their lady friends who still like to party, along with a younger generation of homos who don’t know a few wrinkles and generous salt and pepper sprinklings, flock to this monthly night names after Paris’s most infamous madam. All age categories from mid-twenties to barely alive dance here.
Drinks are Paris-pricey, so you might consider going for bottle service, which will also grant you free entry and access to the upstairs section. Just note that you can be max four persons per bottle. Packed by midnight, arrive early to avoid an unseemly wait to enter and, if possible, dress lightly to skip the cloakroom which is infuriatingly slow on both check-in and pick-up.
