Eccentric she may be (she won’t allow peanuts and chocolate to meet) she is also stringent in her appreciation for the finest chocolate, refusing to stock any bars containing the emulsifying agent lethicin.You’ll find some serious gold-standard brands here, including Bernachon, Bonnat and Weiss as well as CBS caramels from Henri Le Roux, all carefully wrapped in original papier d’Epinal printed with jokes and games. The only thing we can’t guarantee you’ll walk away with is a sugar daddy to pay for that impending tooth ache.
