An intimate restaurant which serves a considered menu of exquisite, but unfussy dishes, with an entrée and main du jour. The limited edition approach means that all dishes – twists on French standard and desserts that don’t disappoint – are masterfully executed with care. Unpretentious and welcoming, Pramil is divided between a traditional Marais beamed front section and more arty room at the rear with a Murano light fitting and glass ceiling to let in the sunlight, twilight or starlight.
