Regularly cited as one of the best restaurants in the world, it’s hard to describe the scale of luxury here without going into hyperbole overload. With an incredible 55 service staff per 50 diners you can expect to be seriously waited upon as you wait for food from one of the city’s most technically impressive chefs, Christophe Moret. From the beautifully home-made bread you’ll be led through a variety of amuse bouches before the main event, followed by cheese courses and desserts, coffee accompaniments and beautiful macaroons, served in a dining room that blends impeccable attention to detail with just enough modern touches amongst the grand décor (10,000 crystals make up the ceiling chandeliers), courtesy of Patrick Jouin. If you can afford to do it, you’re guaranteed a once in a lifetime treat.
