Update Summer 2011: Viceroy has now closed. With patio seating hard to come by in Chelsea, Viceroy may just have the best outdoor space on Lady’s Mile. While the food could use some improvements, they do a pretty good brunch, with a staff that’s always cute and fun. The perfect spot to have a drink before or after putting a dent in your credit card at nearby Barney’s Co-Op. Keep the frozen cosmos coming to ease the pain.
