The Equinox empire of exclusive private fitness centers might be the best chain of gyms in the city. The Greenwich location is full of natural light and features only the best equipment. You’ll get checked out in the mirror (blame the neighborhood), but for the most part, there’s not a lot of attitude or cruising here. Go there, do your thing and leave without having suffered any obnoxious music or posing.
