If you don’t have a web presence these days you might as well be dead where consumers are concerned – which is why savvy male shoppers are already wise to C’H’C’M (Clinton Hill Classic Menswear), a web shop run by Sweetu Patel.
What started out online has now moved into bricks and mortar, with a strong customer-base ready to snap up easy-to-wear duds sourced from American brands, European names and Japanese labels to create the perfect mix of menswear.
A little utilitarian (WWII style socks, chambray work shirts), a little underground (Patel shares the space with fashion designer Tunji Dada and curator Josee Lepage) and a lot of classic (shawl-collar cardis and MacKintosh jackets inspired by his English hometown of Northampton), the minimalist space collates the kind of clothing you’ll wear for a lifetime, and that’ll only get better with age.
