It’s not clear whether it’s the low probability of hitting the jackpot when pulling (the slot machine) or the carb-laden free buffets, but gay boys don’t ever seem to have bought into casino culture (an oxymoron?) in any serious way. And without Vegas attractions like Cher or Streisand, Atlantic City may be an even harder sell. But, purple-haired people in sweat suits aside, with bright lights and more glitter than Halloween in Chelsea, there’s plenty to get giddy about. Seek the thrill of a royal flush, relax at a spa, feel the sand between your toes or take a walk on the boardwalk. Classy it ain’t, but this is as good as gets for a 25 buck Greyhound ride.
