Just barely hidden away from Hipsterville Ground Zero is the Hotel Delmano, Brooklyn’s first real cocktail bar. Great for small groups, this slick saloon slings classic cocktails by bartenders who know that an “old fashioned” has nothing to do with last season’s skinny jeans. With the booze located on 10-feet tall shelves, cute bartenders zip up and down sliding ladders to reach bottles. Expect drink prices to be cheap for Manhattan, but expensive for Brooklyn.
