Madrid’s number one stop to get lubed up – but not in the way you think. Olive oil is the name of the game here, with none of that ridiculous Popeye yukking in the background. Selling only extra-virgin varieties from Spain’s ten main olive-growing regions, you can buy over 80 varieties of the stuff in dinky glass bottles or giant 5 litre cans – depending on your need, presumably. It’s a slippery slope.
