Distressed brick walls, an industrial interior and oh yes, neon candelabra – this must be where the cool kids come for sushi. Ultra hip and fashionable, the food is also second-to-none and served in one of four spaces which make up this former carriage garage. The bar boasts an extensive cocktail menu, there’s a private dining room where the chef comes to you and you work out the menu together, and the romantic Cristal Room, better suited to romance. Lastly there’s the properly Japonisme style room, with local newspapers on the walls and faux cherry blossom strewn around.
