Sure chauffeurs are all well and good, but wouldn’t it be nice to see your surroundings without the dulling effect of tinted windows? Trixi is your one-stop pedalling shop, offering bikes and scooter-type contraptions for rent, as well as organising English language tours around the city. The eponymous Trixi itself is a motor-assisted bubble pedallo, which – so far – hasn’t got permission to putter around the streets of Madrid but is in the process of being approved. Keep your eyes peeled – if the company sticks to its promises, we should be in for some more transportainment soon enough. Don’t get that kind of quality comedy from drivers now, do ya?
