Clubs don’t come much prettier or slicker than Cool. This double-floored venue may have started life in an attempt to attract a straight audience, but found its stylish retro-futuristic interiors immediately adopted by the gay mafia. And so you’ll find pretty young boys parading on the dance floor downstairs, preening in front of the wall-mounted plasmas, and lounging around the chill-out zones upstairs. The waiters are cute, cocktails are slick and there’s the added bonus of caged go-go boys. Saturday’s Royal session is the weekly gay session, while the Sunflower party on Thursdays draw a more mixed crowd.
