Rande Gerber, Cindy Crawford’s hubby and New York nightlife empresario, was pulled in to work his magic on Hotel ME Madrid, turning its bar into a hotspot, just like he did for the W hotels in the US. Let’s just say that it worked.
Find the exclusive elevator to the Penthouse floor and step out to a deck of low slung Balinese beds, flickering candlelight and gauzy curtains. The cocktails are supreme, and there’s a tapas menu on hand for a nibble to go with the views of the city.
