This Barber Shop nods to the past but shakes hands with the future, luring men in with the claim that ‘maintenance matters’. All the interiors reflect this genuine and authentic experience but are fully functional and up to scratch; custom upholstered Belmont Apollo 2 chairs sit opposite Samsung LCD TV screens cleverly placed behind hand-crafted walnut mirrors, and product displays featuring iconic symbols of men’s culture, including bikes, scooters and shoes; some of which are for sale. Services include everything from buzz cuts with complimentary ear, nose and throat de-fuzzing, as well as the Sharps Shave School for rookies. And if that’s not enough incentive, there’s a cold beer waiting for every customer.
