Whist there is the fantastic Portobello market (Hummingbird cupcakes, The Electric, and various stalls of antique excellence), Notting Hill also has to cater to its rich residents. Westbourne Grove and Ledbury Road have lots of little luxury brands to keep the pram-pushers happy, including Aesop for personal care, Brora for cashmere, Daylesford for organics, Melt for chocolate, Matches for fashion, and Wild at Heart for the most exquisite flower arrangements. It might be a little girly, but the area is so beautiful and the food offerings so wholesome it makes for the perfect outing.
