A tourist hot-spot thanks to its huge market square and troupe of street performers, Covent Garden is also a great little shopping district, housing lots of smaller international brands including Agnès B, Betsey Johnson, Camper, Duffer of St George, Fred Perry, Levis and Maharishi. It also does a mean trade in curiosity shops and the cosmological, so if you’re in the mood for a little astro-guidance, you’re in the right place. Seven Dials is known as the ‘fashion village’ of Covent Garden, and regularly hosts festivals and special events as incentives to get buying from the likes of Adidas, Bench, Berghaus, Carhartt, Fenchurch, Firetrap and G-Star. Neal Street is particularly worth a look as one of the seven spirally roads, with leather goods at Tomcat, denim from Pepe Jeans and a restorative drink from The Box not far off.
