If you’ve landed in London but wish you’d remained Paris-bound, get a little taste of home at this brotherly venture. Formed by their joint love of French cuisine, Galvin is a classic, clubby establishment with beautiful understated 30s décor, impeccable service and gutsy French cuisine which has the dining room packed and buzzing on most nights. The set menus, at £15.50 for lunch or £17.50 for pre-theatre, are excellent value – make time for a little pre or post-dinner drink at the cosy bar.
