As if the Soho House Group needs another feather in its cap, it’s now turned its hand to eateries – and thankfully for us – this one’s open to non-members. We’ve always heard amazing things about the Shoreditch House pizzas, and taking up residence on the same block, Pizza East comes with some serious A-list credentials. An industrial setting plays against the open, Italian kitchen feel, where rustic fare consists of ten-inch pizzas with a artisanal-feeling selection of toppings, ranging from the basic Margherita to more elaborate Duck sausage with shaved artichoke, boschetto al tartufo and Parmesan. Home baked desserts like salted caramel chocolate tart should finish you off, though if you’re in the mood for partying, an in-house DJ and bar will see you through to the wee hours. Watch out for the upcoming deli counter, where ingredients, accompaniments and accessories will also be up for grabs.
