Vintage pulp fiction and some very cool design bits and bobs, brought together by owners Robin Sharp, Richard Clark and Milan Milicevic who all used to own stalls at London fleamarkets, have made this little coffee shop space a destination for cool hunters. is fast making a name for itself thanks to its cool.
It may look a little slapdash inside with items haphazardly strewn across the almost clinically tiled floor, but look closer and you’ll find Eley Kishimoto exclusives (mostly womenswear, though) hanging on a rail, vintage typewriters neighbouring weird design items like vintage camera-lamps and hand-printed stationary dreamt up in the basement studio. Grandiose it’s not, and its location on a shabby Bethnal Green block keep it for those in the know. And now you know.
