There’s usually little to like about hotel gyms – the tiny spaces unashamedly passed as fitness rooms, equipped with a single, sorry-looking bike and a squeaky multi-purpose work station, are usually something you’d only use for the lack of a better alternative – but the onsite facility at First Hotel Skt Petri isn’t usual.
The Palm Fitness club is by no means the largest fitness club in town, but it may be the only full-sized gym with a complete schedule of classes that include kettleballs and pilates. State-of-the-art equipment, steam room, and the chance of catching the odd celebrity guest staying at the hotel working out only add to the allure.
