Pricey, but if you like pampering during your workout and a swim is part of your fitness regime, then the Elixia club at the intersection of Schöneberg and Wilmersdorf is a great option. The plush, upscale facility comes with a 25m lap pool and nary a child in sight.
The architecture of the space is particularly appealing if you like a view with your training, in sun-filled rooms with plenty of workout stations and over 140 group studio classes. Training equipment is spread over two levels with a mezzanine overlooking the main floor perfect for people spotting.
