It sounds like the lovechild of Lady Gaga and a Ronson (Charlotte, Mark, Sam: take your pick), and with the dressed-up denizens of Berlin’s nightlife that frequent this place, you’d be forgiven for thinking you’d missed the birth.
And wails are plenty at Monster Ronson’s, as this karaoke cornerstone of the gay scene brings in some of the city’s most uninhibited inhabitants, not only for sing-a-longs, but a whole roster of other events.
There are seven booths all named after dead rock legends to lay claim to, a main stage where nights like the Tranny Olympics and barnyard themed brawls bring everyone together, and a smoking lounge that looks more like an homage to Cher.
So paws up little Monsters, get that rendition of Poker Face going before some other queen discovers the Elvis booth and beats you to it.
