As if the prospect of a swimming pool on a barge wasn’t enticing enough, Badeschiff also boasts warmly cocooned deckchairs in the winter, and a thriving bar and nightlife scene which plays host to live bands and a constant throng of indie kids in their skinny jeans. Combined in the same complex are alternate venues the Hall, Glasshouse and Arena which variously put on fashion shows, conventions and larger scale concerts.
