Barcelona’s best restaurant, at least according to the Michelin guide, doesn’t have an El Bulli-alumni manning the pots. Pellicer’s restaurant Àbac has garnered two Michelin stars and has an envious location just at the foot of Tibidabo, where you can also spend the night in one of the fifteen rooms. His cooking is more classic French gourmet rather than experimental.
