The three famed Roca brothers, Joan, Josep and Jordi, first launched their exquisite cuisine at the two Michelin-star El Cellar de Can Roca in Girona. The threesome compliment each other well, acting as chef, sommelier and patissier, respectively.
Moo, their second restaurant and radical departure from their more traditional Girona counterpart, is located in the minimalist Hotel Omm in Barcelona proper, with a Michelin star of its own, fittingly making it three brothers and three stars.
