The Sevillan Aire group has, with a helping hand from the Alonso-Balaguer architects, converted an old warehouse in El Born into a modern Arab bath house.
It’s a lushly designed oasis – think black granite and quartz blended in with the existing brick and stone walls – and, best of all, affordable enough to indulge in whenever you feel like it. You’ll get hot, but there’s no sexual tension during your tour through the various hot, cold, and salt water pools. Steam rooms, Vichy showers, relaxation zones and massage rooms round it off.
