El Borne has transformed itself in recent years as one of the most fashionable neighborhoods and tourist-friendly, boho-chic entertainment area. In its labyrinth of ancient narrow streets are bars full of tapas, candle lit restaurants and stylish boutiques from exclusive designers large and small. From the Jaume I metro stop, head down Argentería and make a left down Vigatans. Here you’ll find the small but select Special Events menswear store and other interesting specialty stores. Then just behind the famed Santa María del Mar cathedral lies the Passeig del Born.
