Whilst the food at Rosa Maria Esteva’s Tragaluz establishments has always been a bit predictable, it’s the buzzing scene, hot design, and cool crowd that diners come for. At Moo at the trendy Hotel Omm, however, they brought in help from the three Roca brothers from the two Michelin-starred Celler de Can Roca.
Each advising in their respective areas of expertise as chef, sommelier and patissier (leave room for dessert), and with up-and-coming chef Felip Llufriu in day-to-day charge, they have another Michelin star to show for the results.
