A true family affair: Whilst Jordi Artal is looking after the magic in the kitchen, his mother and sister deftly run everything in the sleek front of house. Blending his Catalan heritage with a few tricks picked up during time spent in Canada, Artal’s cuisine is certainly a fusion of creative influences, dabbling in deconstructivism but without going overboard. As its very title suggests, Cinc Sentits is out to please all five of your senses, and does so successfully with its taster-size servings that have earned it a well deserved Michelin star.
