Mar Bella has become the more popular of Barcelona’s gay beaches, not least thanks to the presence of this chiringuito. Open every day in Summer, it gets particularly busy on Sundays when the line of speedo-clad hotties queuing for mojitos gets criminally long and cruisier than an Atlantis liner. Noise restrictions from the municipal authorities have put a dampener on the early evening Sunday DJ parties, but still they manage to keep a fair amount of party boys hanging around.
