You may have thought your youth hostel days were long gone, but when needs must, value can still trump hang-ups. Gat’s clean, hotel-like interior is perfectly serviceable – unless you have an aversion to the colour green, which features predominantly throughout. Take the neighbourhood in the same vein and you’ll find the somewhat run down surroundings to be more of an up-and-coming, authentic experience.
