Omm is the Grupo Tragaluz’s first stab at the hotel business. With an eye for detail and careful minimalist design, they’ve already imposed their vision of “good taste” onto Barcelona’s restaurants, whether it be their eponymous eatery, or various other local culinary landmarks such as Bestial, Cuines de Santa Catarina and Principal.
Their design vision permeates every aspect of your stay, from the minimalist interiors and the uniforms designed by Josep Abril, to the plates in restaurant Moo, the Roca brothers’ Michelin-starred in-house eatery, illustrated by the city’s most cutting edge artists. Waking up in this Wallpaper*ish universe, you may be the only thing looking slightly out of place.

Splendia
The Omm Hotel is one of the hotels that offers the most advantages in Barcelona: it is perfectly situated and offers an impressive and irreproachable design. The Architect J. Capella and the interior designers S. Tarruella and I. Lopez have elaborated a meticulous study of each and every detail of this design concept hotel. The elegant rooms with smooth textures and light tones offer an unconventional approach to hotel rooms, exemplified by the bathrooms bathed in daylight and the varnished aluminum cabinets. A hotel where luxury, hospitality, and client satisfaction are the words of the day.

Mr & Mrs Smith
Hotel Omm's design and decor in a nutshell: the straight lines and plain materials are in themselves the art. And the pinnacle of urban living must be an elegant rooftop terrace with a swimming pool looking out across the jumbled horizon of Barcelona and the gorgeous Mediterranean sky.

18.5 of 20. Barcelona has always been serious about architecture and design, but even here, Omm stands out. Less whimsical or hedonistic than many of the best Spanish spaces, this hotel has a pronounced minimalist streak and even, if we may indulge in a well-worn image, a touch of Zen. Maybe it's just all the blond wood, but it's easy to imagine waking up here and mistaking it, for a moment, for Scandinavia in the summertime.
