To be frank, this is not what it used to be. The crowd’s distinctly more mainstream, suburban and touristy. Seemingly younger, too, though that could just be evidence of our own ageing.
There also seems to be less of that “anything goes” vibe generally associated with outdoorsy electro events, but this is still quite a place for anybody craving big, loud outdoor clubbing. The surreal, night-time arrival trek through the Poble Espanyol theme park is an added bonus.
